Updating Claim Office Profile Data

There are specific rules for processing Claim Office profile updates. Some fields in the profile can be edited or deleted. Use the Claim Office Profile Edit Rules table below to view how claim office profile data is updated.

Note: Insurance Company profiles cannot be edited.

Rates	Rates	Overwrite original server-defined rate tables.	Keep as is any user-defined predefined rate tables.
Estimating Rules	Rules - Alternate Parts	All fields are overwritten.
Estimating Rules	Rules - Miscellaneous	All fields are overwritten.
Estimating Rules	Rules - Refinish	All fields are overwritten.
Estimating Rules	Rules - Reports	All fields are overwritten.
